Ragdoll Rescue Information: Ragdoll Cats are large, long-haired cats. Ragdolls are known for their exceptionally friendly temperaments. Ragdoll Cats are very dog-like in their devotion. Ragdolls are patient and affectionate with children as well as other pets. Ragdoll Cats love attention and activity, but are also very happy to be lap cats.

Ragdoll Trivia: Ann Baker, the original breeder of Ragdoll Cats, trademarked the breed name and started her own formal breed association. Ragdoll Cats sometimes go limp when they are held. Ragdolls were first bred in the sixties.
